How We Design Our Programs

Every programme RDF builds follows 3 I strategy. Identify, Innovate and Implement.

That means we begin in classrooms. We identify the problem with the teachers who live it every day. We innovate solutions with the communities who understand it best. And we implement in ways that public school systems can sustain long after we leave.

No programme is designed in isolation. Everyone is co-created, field-tested, and independently validated before it scales.
